THE LEADERS OF THE U.S., THE USSR, ENGLAND, FRANCE, AND WESTERN GERMANY WOULD ATTEND. KHRUSHCHEV'S VISIT TO THE UNITED STATES SEEMED TO SUGGEST THAT MANY PROBLEMS COULD NOW BE SOLVED.
