The book is VERY SCARCE, being a depression Era book. It is overall, in VERY GOOD CONDITION! It has no major defects (no cutouts, no torn or missing pages, and no musty smell.) The cover has a little bit of wear and there is age toning to the pages. There is also some foxing which is more pronounced on the first and last few pages. There are three inlays on the back inside cover and face page: A program for the Senior Class Banquet, an Invitation to and a Program for the Commencement. The only signature is that of the original owner. This is truly a wonderful piece of our military history showing the first Ace and Medal of Honor winner of WWII (honored by the name of O'Hare airport) and the pilot of the Enola Gay, which is historical in that it dropped the first Atomic bomb in history (on Hiroshima.)
