Description

A fine and very rare original photograph of N35994, a Douglas DC-3 of Northwest Airlines who operated her between 1951 and 1958. She was originally built in 1943 as a C-53 Skytrooper, the paratrooper specialised version of the C-47, and was converted to a DC-3A post war when she entered service with American Airlines before making her way to Northwest. The photograph is approximately 5½ x 3½ inches (135 x 85 mm), and is in Fine condition, with nothing on the reverse.
